The design of the 5-storey housing block draws references from the Art Deco housing blocks that characterise the Woodberry Down townscape and translates this architectural language into a contemporary housing type.

to communal lobbies and entrances to the dwelling units
The unit layout eschews the tight and dark entrance hallways common in London. Hallways are enlarged into rooms that can be used as a generous work-from-home space, a gym or children’s playroom.
The layouts and sizes of individual dwelling units are generous. Most units enjoy a triple-aspect layout, with one quadruple-aspect unit. A large garden space provides respite from the busy road and encourages social encounters.
