Our projects comprise a mix of uses including high-rise residential. An active and green ground plane aims to cohere the various sub-plots.
A 'creative boulevard' is proposed that will connect key transport nodes and stitch together new public amenities. Along the boulevard is a range of different workspaces and cultural venues.
Serie is leading the design of building WB03, providing circa 680 student rooms, as well as the outline design of WB06 and WB10—a residential block and low-rise commercial building
