The Collective for Climate, comprising Serie Architects, Atelier George, Bond Society and Tatiana Bilbao has won the competition for Porte de Montreuil, part of the C40 Reinventing Cities in Paris.
Our Carbon Neutral project proposes to reconnect the divided territories of the periphery through the continuation of the existing urban form in Porte de Montreuil and the creation of a large landscaped plaza over the motorway.
