Serie has been appointed to work on the first phase of the redevelopment of the former Earl’s Court Exhibition Centres site.
Together with Sheppard Robson and dRMM, we will be working on the Hammersmith & Fulham part of Phase 1, creating a strong relationship with the neighbouring West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates and the Empress State Building.
Phase 1 will include up to 1,3000 mixed tenure homes alongside a mix of cultural spaces and offices, providing opportunities for hundreds of jobs. Construction for this first phase is set to commence in 2025. Read more about the project here.
